"I just wanted to let you guys know, I stopped in for the 1st time ever this
morning for my 1st cup of latte from your place!!!
Oh my God!!!
I thought I had gone to "latte heaven" with that cup you prepared for
me!! It was PERFECT!!  Now, I must admit, I was a "s-bucks" latte
drinker, when I could afford it!! But they don't hold a candle to yours!!! 
I know exactly where I will be for ALL future lattes!!
Thanks again for doing such a wonderful job and hanging in there, despite the
big chain coffee shop being right out your front door!! Again, the underdog
